Sargam Kaushal of India has won the title of Mrs. World 2022.

Sargam Koushal, a 32-year-old woman from Jammu, has written history by finally bringing home the Mrs. World crown after a lengthy 21-year wait.

 

The Mrs. World 2022 contest was held in Las Vegas on Sunday, and Sargam Koushal, who represented India there, was chosen as the winner and brought the crown back after a 21-year absence. Aditi Govitrikar was the first Indian woman to get the award for India in 2001, and after a lengthy 21-year wait, Sargam has once more written history. The triumph is similar to Harnaaz Sandhu's victory at Miss Universe in 2017, when she too took home the crown after 21 years following Lara Dutta's historic victory in 2000.

 

"We have the crown back following 21-22 years. I'm so energized. Love you India, love you world," the recently delegated Miss World said in a video, which she shared while portraying that she was so thrilled to bring home the championship.

Little girl of Meena Kaushal and G S Kaushal (a resigned Boss Chief, Bank of India), Sargam hails from Bahu Post region in Jammu city and she did her tutoring from Show Religious community Senior Optional School, Gandhi Nagar Jammu. She moved on from Ladies School, Gandhi Nagar Jammu and from that point did her Lords in English Writing from Jammu College and B.Ed from Government B.Ed School Jammu.

An educator by calling, content essayist, model and painter, the 31-year old Sargam is hitched to Jammu fellow Aditya Manohar Sharma, a Lieutenant Officer in Indian Naval force.

Conversing with the Excelsior, father of Mrs World, G S Kaushal said that it's a pleased second for whole country as Sargam came out on top for the championship for country. He expressed that since youth Sargam was an exceptional youngster and consistently succeeded in anything that she had done as such far.
